The next learner perseveres despite how hard learning can be. Learning how to code isn't easy and it takes time. Learning how to replace a faucet isn't easy. Learning concepts of art takes time and practice. I think it's safe to say that the most knowledgeable professionals are those who persevered to learn and didn't give up.
The next learner offers what they learn to everyone else. They take the time to make the video, write that blog post, share ideas on social media, or find some other way to help others learn. This doesn't have to on the web either. Local artisans share their skills in community centers. Local programs help all kinds of people learn new skills. Regardless of how learning is shared, it is shared so others can gain similar skills.
The next learner doesn't settle for anything less than mastery. In order to achieve mastery someone has to deeply inspired, willing to devote time, and make lots of mistakes.
